Free LIVE Classes on Zoom at 9 am Mountain Time, Three times per week, Monday, Wednesday Friday. Participants follow along with Elizabeth from their own living rooms. Part of the CareConnect USA Project family of services. Zumba Gold is a fun low-impact dance exercise class with numerous health benefits especially for seniors. Perfect for homebound or remote residents.
