SUPPORT SERVICES FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES
We provide shelter, case management, food, and direct support services to help families with children under 18 experiencing homelessness work toward independent living goals. We also provide homelessness prevention services like vital document recovery, utility and rent relief, and case management. Finally, we operate a diaper pantry that may also provide hygiene products.

Eligibility
Our guests must have a child or children under the age of 18. Due to COVID-19 precautions people will be housed in motels. Backgrounds checks are required for shelter services.

Family Promise provides resources to families with children experiencing homelessness in Albany County. We work with a network of community support partners to both prevent homelessness, and help families transition out of homelessness. We also operate a diaper and hygiene pantry that is available to the broader community.
