Fees

Rent for SRO: 310.00 a month with utilities included. Rent for Family Housing: 585.00 a month, not including utilities which tenants must be able to get in their own name.

Description

Our transitional housing consists of single-occupancy apartments that are offered to homeless or low income individuals, as well as larger apartments and/or homes, to assist low-income families. Both single occupancy and family housing opportunities include case management. They also provide affordable housing to low-to-moderate income families. These include case management.
