The mission of the Wind River Family and Community Health Care Center is to provide primary care, traditional healing, preventive care, and wellness promotion to all members of the community as intended by the Creator. Offering different programs to include Women's Health, School Based Program, Occupational Therapy, Pediatrics, Mobile Clinics, Population Health, Optometry, Nephrology and Laboratory and Radiology services.
