We are a licensed 128 bed senior community for short-term rehab, long-term care, respite and comfort care. We are VA contracted and also accept Medicare, managed plans and Wyoming Medicaid. Located near our local hospital, dialysis center and cancer center with an in-house Nurse Practitioner
