Funded by state and federal grants along with assistance from Crook County Commissioners, Towns of Sundance, Hulett, and Moorcroft. The Cody Senior Center is open to anyone aged 60 or older. Membership is free! All you need to do to become a member is fill out a two-page questionnaire. That questionnaire must be updated annually.

Rendezvous Pointe offers Meals and Nutrition. Other services include minor home modification, temporary respite, and assistance with emergency. Beyond the In-Home services, Rendezvous Pointe offers a lending closet for anyone in temporary need whether due to an accident, surgery or other infirmity. Among other items, the Closet includes walkers, canes, crutches, shower and bath benches, pill boxes, toilet seat risers, wheel chairs, electric wheelchairs, and wheelchair ramps.

In-Home Personal and Homemaking Services ( Contract RN, does diabetic foot care in Wheatland. In- Home care includes CNA administered bathing, personal care, and respite. Uinta Senior Center, connecting older adults to vital services in one place, to help them stay healthy and independent. We serve over 214 Seniors per day in Evanston, Bridger Valley, Afton and Kemmerer. USCI offers a wide variety of programs and services.

The Eppson Center offers a daily meal that contains 1/3 recommended daily allowance of nutrients. The meals are approved by a Registered Dietitian and served Monday through Friday 11:30 - 12:30 in the Center's dining room.
