Provides affordable rental housing and rental housing assistance to low-income households. All applicants will be housed on a first come/first served basis, taking into consideration the following preference: household contains a member that is elderly or disabled or has a dependent *AND* household contains a member that resides, works in, or is hired to work in the Cheyenne service area.

Funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) providing low income rental assistance through Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) and Public Housing programs.
