Offering programs to include: Independent Living, Transportation Check Program, Veteran Directed Care Program, Community Choice Waiver Program, Advocacy & Peer Support, and ADA Training and Technical Assistance Program.

We provide Home Care services in Sheridan, Johnson, & Campbell Counties. We help people in our communities with daily living tasks (like cooking, housekeeping, showering, medication reminders, dressing, running errands, appointments, etc.) so everyone can live a longer, fuller life in their own home. We can also assist with home care following surgeries, provide respite care for family caregivers who need a break, or just provide an occasional drop-in service to ensure everything is going well.

Our mission is to provide transportation to the elderly and disabled throughout Laramie County, Wyoming. LDTS is committed to professional and friendly service to give the elderly and disabled the opportunity to be included in our community for work, shopping, appointments, and anything else they wish to do.

One22 Resource Center's Financial Assistance programs can help with the costs of housing and emergency needs to build a buffer of time and support for planning and decision making.

Platte Paratransit is a nonprofit organization in Platte County, Wyoming, serving Wheatland, Guernsey, and Chugwater. We provide transportation to medical appointments for people who are elderly, disabled, and otherwise unable to travel. Getting to dialysis in Cheyenne, chemotherapy in Douglas, and orthopedic care in Laramie are just some of the needs we've helped to fill.

The American Cancer Society provides cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers with online and phone resources, educational materials, and national resources.

Travel assistance benefits are funds that are intended to assist Medicaid clients with transportation costs. These funds are only meant to assist clients to get to and from medically necessary appointments and are not intended to cover the full expense of the trip. When the client meets certain requirements, they may request assistance with mileage or another method of travel. The transportation method is based on the client’s medical needs and cost effectiveness.

The Cody Senior Center is open to anyone aged 60 or older. Membership is free! All you need to do to become a member is fill out a two-page questionnaire. That questionnaire must be updated annually.

The Mary Bennion Foundation is a non-profit als and their families with travel-related financial obligations invoorganization established in 2001 to assist individulved in the organ transplant process.
