The municipal judge has jurisdiction over all criminal violations of ordinances of the City of Rawlins. Fines do not exceed $750 for any one offense and imprisonment does not exceed six months.

The ACADC provides a court-supervised Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program for alcohol and other drug defendants and/or the families of those enduring charges.
