A court appointed special advocate(CASA) is a caring, consistent adult who will be there for a child who is involved in the court system through no fault of their own due to abuse or neglect.
We strive to provide a voice and programs for the protection, care and welfare of all children in need.
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) CASA provides direct advocacy to children, birth-18, who have been removed from their home due to abuse and / or neglect and have been placed into state custody.
Outreach services to victims and their family, Child Forensic Interview, support through the legal process if needed. My name is Tracy Romberg and I have done over 350 forensic interviews for law enforcement throughout the state of Wyoming.
The Office of GAL provides high-quality legal representation to the children of Wyoming involved in abuse and neglect cases, children in need of supervision, delinquency matters, termination of parental rights, and appeals to the Wyoming Supreme Court.

The mission of CASA of Laramie County is to provide a court-appointed voice for abused and neglected children-protecting their fundamental right to be safe, treated with dignity, and the opportunity to grow in a safe environment.
The Center provides holistic legal representation to Wyoming children or vulnerable adults and their families, children's policy advocacy, and non-legal alternatives to resolve legal problems involving children. Legal services are offered statewide for situations that impact the health, education, safety or well-being of a child or vulnerable adult.
