Juntos will work with individuals, organizations, and businesses on training about rights when it comes to law enforcement, immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) and what rights you have when dealing with these entities. Juntos works in conjunction with national organizations to implement KYR Trainings and to educate the community on individual rights under the law.

Immigrant Hope is dedicated to empowering under-resourced community members by offering expert immigration legal services to ensure individuals understand their options and receive comprehensive assistance with their immigration applications. We provide assistance with applications for family based permanent residency, naturalization, DACA, Green Card renewal, and more.

Juntos provides referrals for immigration support issues. That can include referrals to attorneys with immigration specialization or information on court processes and updated information on where to find updated rulings, laws passed, and impact on community. Juntos does not provide legal advice, only referrals for legal support. We provide advocacy information and information general to the public.

The range of services provided may include: A telephone ‘hotline’ for information and guidance, Legal referrals to navigate the immigration system, Sponsor consulate visits, Locate legal representation in deportation proceedings, Provide “Know Your Rights” resources and trainings, Evaluate sanctuary possibilities, Support advocacy efforts at city, state, and national levels, and Support the establishment of the Refugee Resettlement Program.
