Provides local transportation to seniors and general public Monday -Friday 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM,. Congregate noon meals served at Powell Senior Center Monday - Friday and at Rocky Mountain Manor Monday - Saturday. Meals delivered to home bound individuals, Monday - Saturday. Medical Loan equipment. Medicare/Social Security sign up and navigation. Crafts, cards, foot clinic, exercise classes, fraud education, etc.

The Weston County Senior Citizen Center is here to offer a variety of services and activities for the local seniors. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Get your friends together and come to the Senior Center on Friday Mornings at 9:00 AM and have some coffee and the best cinnamon rolls in Weston County!

Kinship Connections of Wyoming is a free service to grandparents, relatives and other caregivers who are raising children that are not their own. It is our goal to minimize stressors through support and advocacy.

Kinship Care
The court navigator will be to provide guidance for self-represented litigants to help navigate the court system. Court Navigators will assist with: Assisting in identifying and completing appropriate pro se forms; Providing basic procedural information on how cases proceed through the court system; Providing referrals to legal/community services; Guiding litigants through the court process including information about court hearings and how litigants should conduct themselves in court.
Uinta Senior Center, connecting older adults to vital services in one place, to help them stay healthy and independent. We serve over 214 Seniors per day in Evanston, Bridger Valley, Afton and Kemmerer. USCI offers a wide variety of programs and services.

TRANSGENDER CRISIS & RESOURCE LINE | TRANS LIFELINE

TRANSGENDER CRISIS & RESOURCE LINE

Provides assistance and resources to transgender individuals experiencing a crisis. Also provides support to individuals who may be struggling with their gender identity and are unsure of transgender status. Trans Lifeline is staffed by volunteers who are trans identified and educated in the range of difficulties transgender people experience and dedicated to improving the lives of transgender people. Additionally, operators will only call emergency services with the caller's expressed consent.

Socialization We offer a wide variety of activities, Nutrition programs CCAS, INC has dining rooms in both locations. Our professionally trained, friendly staff prepare quality approved meals. Also for the qualified individual there are home delivered meals.

Hot nutritious meals served M-F 11:30a-1p at the center for those who are able and delivered for homebound individuals (we have frozen meals, if needed). We also offer homemaking services; bingo on Saturday nights is available to anyone 18 or older; Social Security Kiosk Friday 1p-2:30p, Medicare questions; application assistance for programs such as LIEAP & WY Elderly & Disabled Sales Tax Rebate; public transportation, library, health & nutrition education, and much, much, more!

WYOMING AGING AND DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER (WYOMING ADRC)

The goal of the ADRC is to raise visibility about the full range of available options; provide objective information, advice, counseling and assistance; empower people to make informed decisions about their long-term services and supports; and help people access public and private programs. ADRCs provide unbiased, reliable information and counseling to people with all levels of income.

At One22 Resource Center we know that the high cost of living makes meeting one’s basic needs difficult, or even impossible, during times of hardship. The Arc of Laramie County provides the following: Advocacy, Educational Training, Social Skills Classes, Community Outreach, Parent Support Groups, Youth Services, Guardianship Training, Referrals, Assistance with filling out forms for Housing, SSI, Food Stamps, Transportation, Waiver, etc. Social Inclusion Activities include: Weekly In-person events, adaptive bowling league, Holiday Party, Virtual Events, Social Skills Classes for Young Adults, The Governor's Christmas Tree Lighting and more.
