Western Wyoming Community College offering programs to include: Humanities and Fine Arts, Social Science, Science and Mathematics, Business, Technology and Industry, and Health Science. Wyoming Works provides programs and resources for adult students to learn a skill and secure employment.

Carbon County Higher Education Center is the Rawlins Outreach for Western Wyoming Community College. At the Rawlins Outreach, we can help you apply to Western, take placement exams, apply for financial aid, meet with an academic advisor and so much more. We can also proctor exams, be a quiet place to study, or even be a great way to meet new people.

The Castellow Adult Learning Center at Casper College offers free assistance to out-of-school adult students, 16 years old and older, who need to improve their basic reading, writing, and math skills in order to reach their educational and employment goals. Educational services are also available to speakers of other languages.

Providing high school and adult levels, adult basic education, online college-level classes and to fill any other educational niche that we can fill more effectively than either Western or LCSD #1 alone.

LCCC's Laramie Campus in Laramie offers a unique community college experience with numerous courses that transfer to 4-yr universities with a handful of degrees able to be completed online. The Laramie Campus of LCCC also offers non-credit job training programs, life enrichment activities for all ages, high school equivalency testing, and English as a second language courses.
