As an advocate for a healthy community, we offer a variety of support groups including Stroke Survivor and Caregiver Support Group. We offer a range of topics at support group that may include kinds of strokes, changes after a stroke, therapy options, the grief process and how to cope after a stroke. SELF is a free online self-management program designed to help people with lupus live their best life. SELF is tailored to support people with lupus in managing symptoms, stress, medications and working with their health care team.
