Monthly meetings for anyone who is dealing with, supporting someone with or has an interest in Parkinson's Disease. There is also a weekly Power Punch Boxing class that is held weekly. This is a non-contact form of boxing, especially created for People with Parkinson's (PwP), and they are encouraged to bring along one CarePartner to the FREE classes. All equipment is also provided at no cost to the participants.

The Chronic Disease Prevention Program (CDPP) is part of the Prevention and Health Promotion Unit of the Public Health Division and is a 100% federally funded program. Currently, the grants funding this program emphasize diabetes prevention and management, cardiovascular disease prevention and management, and chronic disease self-management.
A federally qualified health center located in Laramie, Wyoming. Offers high-quality primary and behavioral health care to the community. Accepts most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare. Offers a sliding fee scale based on household size and income and payment plans.

As an advocate for a healthy community, we offer a variety of support groups including Stroke Survivor and Caregiver Support Group. We offer a range of topics at support group that may include kinds of strokes, changes after a stroke, therapy options, the grief process and how to cope after a stroke.
