The Community Health Center Pharmacy assists thousands of patients every year. Our pharmacists are on hand to not only fill your prescription requests but also to discuss medication side effects and medication interactions. We also work with our Fremont County clinics and patients to offer the same pharmaceutical services. To help save you time and money, we will ship your prescriptions to your local clinic.

Health West in Evanston is a non-profit, federally funded community health center that offers medical and pharmacy services . We empower our patients by proactively providing quality, affordable, patient-centered healthcare.

We focus on five area: diabetes, protecting the environment, food insecurity, vision assistance, and preventing childhood cancer.

The Wyoming Smiles Senior Dental Program is sponsored by the Wyoming Delta Dental Foundation and provides free dental insurance to low-income seniors who reside in the State of Wyoming. Seniors must be age 65 and up, must not have any dental insurance, and be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. The program has 400 slots available, and enrollment will be on a first come, first serve basis. Once the program is full, we will establish a waiting list.

Providing assistance with emergency gas vouchers, help with prescriptions, Overdue &/or Shut off Utilities up to $100.00, food vouchers for perishable food items (Milk, eggs, bread).

Upon contact from potential clients, a determination is made regarding eligibility and then financial assistance is provided in the amount of $150 per household per year depending on the individuals situation for emergency needs such as utilities, rent, food, auto fuel, auto repair, lodging, and pharmaceuticals.

We are pleased to inform you of the continued collaborative partnership between the Wyoming Optometric Association and Vision Service Plan (VSP), a national healthcare leader in eye care services. Recognizing the important role that vision plays in the educational process, VSP founded the Sight for Students Program several years ago to help low income children obtain vision care. The Wyoming Optometric Association has agreed to aid in coordinating the program for students in Wyoming.

EyeCare America facilitates eye care, often at no out of pocket cost, for U.S. citizens or legal residents 65 or older who are without an Eye M.D. and who do not belong to an HMO or do not have eye care coverage through the Veterans Administration.

We strive to help people meet their basic needs and if we can surpass that and assist them to a better way of life then truly, together, we have accomplished a great thing. We typically assist with past due utilities, rent, temporary housing, food, diapers, formula, filling out paperwork, pet food, prescriptions, emergency fuel, if we cannot help you directly then we will do our best to connect you with someone who can.
