Hospice provides aggressive management of pain and other symptoms consistent with disease progression and the end of life addresses the social, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient and family through counseling, education and support.

Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions provides outpatient care wherever a person calls home in Natrona, Converse, and Platte countand operates two inpatient Hospice Homes in central Casper. CWHT envisions a community in which the end-of-life journey is embraced as a natural progression of the human life cycle; where individuals at the end of their lives are treated with dignity, respect and compassion; and where expertise is the standard in the continuum of care.

Our Community Living Center (CLC) unit provides hospice, long term and acute rehab care. The Old Glory CLC is a long-term care unit for veterans who meet eligibility conditions. Eligibility is based on service connection/employability for long-term care and respite care. The ECU is located on the first floor of the main building, in the east end.
Campbell County Health's Home Health provides care to patients at home—where they receive support from trained medical professionals, family, friends, plus the comfort of familiar surroundings. CCH Hospice is a special kind of care for people with life-limiting illnesses.
Hospice of Laramie provides nursing services on an intermittent basis, physician services related to terminal diagnosis, medication related to terminal diagnosis, Certified Nursing Assistant care, medical equipment and supplies, social services and counseling, spiritual support, short-term inpatient and respite care, continuous care up to 24 hours during a crisis, trained volunteers, bereavement services, and physical/dietary/speech therapy.
