Climb Wyoming offers free career and job placement to low-income single moms across the state of Wyoming. Mothers receive eight weeks of free career training and assistance securing employment in an industry that will help support the needs of her and her children. The Lagniappe (pronounced "lan-yap") Center is a vocational mentoring community housed at Grace Anglican Church that helps equip low-income parents for living wage employment through paid ($18.50/hr) training. We partner with parents to identify and address personal obstacles to living wage employment as the trainee seeks a full-time benefitted job elsewhere. Commercial sewing training, financial literacy, cooking & nutrition, and job search mentoring are current program offerings.
