The Lagniappe (pronounced "lan-yap") Center is a vocational mentoring community housed at Grace Anglican Church that helps equip low-income parents for living wage employment through paid ($18.50/hr) training. We partner with parents to identify and address personal obstacles to living wage employment as the trainee seeks full-time benefitted jobs elsewhere.
