PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM

The clubhouse offers various programs aiming at social, financial, and educational development. It operates on the principles of mutual respect and collective responsibility, ensuring a supportive network that encourages personal growth and integration into the broader community.

Supported Employment provides training and support in a competitive job placement. The person served in Supported Employment is provided with extensive one-on-one job coaching assistance to learn skills and appropriate work behaviors. All Goodwill Wyoming employees regardless of their disability or disadvantage are always paid at a full wage rate. We never pay unequal pay for our employees.

Wyoming Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (WYESGR) is a Department of Defense program operating under the purview of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. We are a volunteer-led and volunteer-centric committee composed of approximately 27 volunteers and 3 full-time staff.

COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

Persons have access to individualized job development. Employment Specialists assist each person individually by conducting interest inventories, evaluating and building basic application and interview skills, job searching, and applying for jobs.
BIAW provides waiver case management, representative payee services, high fidelity wraparound, supported employment, and a durable medical equipment loan closet.
