WIC provides nutrition education, supplemental foods, information, counseling, and referrals for pregnant women, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants, and children to age 5. A free nutrition and health assessment is done to determine any nutritional/health needs. Breastfeeding support and help is provided. A WYO W.E.S.T. card is provided to buy healthy foods. Our goal is to mobilize the local faith community to prepare, support, and help lighten the burden of foster families, biological families, and agency workers so that they are better equipped to love and care for the families involved in foster care in our community.

Our services include Individual Counseling, Marital & Family Counseling, Group Counseling, Specialized Treatment, Psychiatric Services, Youth Transition Program, Residential Housing, Program, Education, Prevention Programs, and Emergency Services.

One Health Providers recommend patients complete an annual wellness exam to stay up-to-date on their primary care. During Wellness visits, Providers discuss Preventive Care with patients. Recommended Preventive screenings, immunizations, and other interventions vary per patient based on age and gender. Patients should check with their insurance company to learn what services are covered in a Wellness Visit.

CDC Preschool provides a safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experience for children ages 3 through 5 years. Several preschool sessions are offered to accommodate the child's needs and parent requests.

We believe that children are born unique, creative and capable. They learn and grow when they are engaged and interested. Children’s Learning Center runs licensed programs as well as programs accredited by the NAEYC and follows early learning curriculums. Our locations are busy places, encouraging children to move, experience and express themselves in safe, nurturing environments.

Hot nutritious meals served M-F 11:30a-1p at the center for those who are able and delivered for homebound individuals (we have frozen meals, if needed). We also offer homemaking services; bingo on Saturday nights is available to anyone 18 or older; Social Security Kiosk Friday 1p-2:30p, Medicare questions; application assistance for programs such as LIEAP & WY Elderly & Disabled Sales Tax Rebate; public transportation, library, health & nutrition education, and much, much, more!

Children’s Resource Center believes tracking a child’s developmental progress is an essential part of early childhood. The earlier delays are addressed, the more opportunity exists for increased growth and independence.

Providing free developmental screenings to children from birth to age five to help identify children with developmental delays in order to provide them and their families with appropriate support services. We are located on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Ft. Washakie and serve native and non-native children and their families. We have two preschool programs for all children ages 3-5, in which we provide free transportation to and from school.

Early Intervention and Developmental Preschool - Services include free developmental screenings, early intervention, special education and related services for children birth through age five. Developmental Preschool is offered 2 days per week for children ages 3-5.

Free screening of children ages birth through five. Areas screened include vision, hearing, gross and fine motor, communication, speech, language, cognitive , social/emotional and adaptive skills.
