The Group Home provides physical safety, meaningful learning experiences, and the opportunity to grow continuously. The group home is a place where every youth is accepted for who they are. The youth's case plan is individualized to fit her/his needs. The environment is structured with daily schedules, which brings consistency to the youth's life.

Sheridan Foster Parent Exchange offers Foster Parents different ways to connect with other Foster Parents to help support one another. Options include in person and private connections, on-line group connections and monthly groups on social media.

Meadowlark Academy is a 4E eligible Residential Treatment Center that offers young men and women opportunities for positive change through interventions and strategies that are based on relevant research and Rite of Passage’s three decades of successful youth programming.
