The deceased was unattended or had not see a Physician within six months prior to death. The Coroner is responsible to notify the next of kin of a death.

In order to reach this goal, prevention collaborates with the County Prevention Coalitions which is comprised of parents, youth, educators, law enforcement, health and mental health professionals, youth-serving organizations, local businesses, and many others who believe in the goal of a drug-free community.
