Stroke Support Groups

As an advocate for a healthy community, we offer a variety of support groups including Stroke Survivor and Caregiver Support Group. We offer a range of topics at support group that may include kinds of strokes, changes after a stroke, therapy options, the grief process and how to cope after a stroke. Cheyenne Parkinson's Disease Support Group

Monthly meetings for anyone who is dealing with, supporting someone with or has an interest in Parkinson's Disease. There is also a weekly Power Punch Boxing class that is held weekly. This is a non-contact form of boxing, especially created for People with Parkinson's (PwP), and they are encouraged to bring along one CarePartner to the FREE classes. All equipment is also provided at no cost to the participants.
