Our research-based Residential Program serves youth 12-18 years old who live on the CHC campus and participate in individual, family, and group clinical therapy to identify and address ways clients have been impacted by traumatic stress. Our campus includes five cottages, a fully accredited trauma-responsive school, an indoor horse arena hosting an Equine Therapy Program, a medical center, and enrichment opportunities for social and independent living skills development.

The DARE curriculum is designed to provide students from K-12th grade with the knowledge and tools to resist peer pressure and lead productive drug and violence free lives.

For Life.®” The Scouting organization is composed of nearly 2.3 million youth members between the ages of 7 and 21 and approximately 960,000 volunteers in local councils throughout the United States and its territories.

UWE offers programs in 4-H, agriculture, horticulture, nutrition, natural resources, community development education, and so much more.

One to one mentoring program for youth between the ages of 5 and 16. Youth are paired with community volunteers and spend time together, developing positive relationships. BBBS also provides afterschool programming for elementary, middle, and high schoolers and Juvenile Justice programming in partnership with the local County Attorney's Office.

The Johnson County Family YMCA is the community hub for recreation and fitness. Our goal is to provide all local residents with access to programs and services that promote lifelong health and wellness.

The YMCA teaches youth and adults how to swim. Public and private swim lessons are available. The YMCA opened two new swimming pools in March of 2022.

The Boys & Girls Club of Riverton opened its doors in 2021. In the Fall of 2024 the Club acquired the old Ashgrove Elementary School creating a perfect hub for the Club to serve the youth of Riverton! The Club serves all youth in Kindergarten through 12th grade where youth receive free snacks and meals, help with their homework, character education, arts & crafts, and so much more.
