The Johnson County Family YMCA is the community hub for recreation and fitness. Our goal is to provide all local residents with access to programs and services that promote lifelong health and wellness.

The YMCA teaches youth and adults how to swim. Public and private swim lessons are available. The YMCA opened two new swimming pools in March of 2022.

The YMCA offers six week programs for youth basketball, volleyball, soccer, and t-ball/coaches pitch. The Y also offers "Tiny Pros" sports sessions for kids ages 2-5 years old.

Cheyenne Family YMCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening and improving our amazing community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

Summer Camp, After School Program with transportation from school enrolled, Childcare (infant/toddler, preschool), Childwatch (drop-in). DFS accepted. Scholarships may be available.

Group fitness classes, personal training, and wellness center staffing

The Y has the longstanding relationships and physical presence not just to promise, but to deliver, lasting personal and social change. Though the world may be unpredictable, one thing remains certain – the Y is, and always will be, dedicated to building healthy, confident, connected and secure children, adults, families and communities.

The YMCA provides financial assistance for anyone looking to utilize the membership, programs, or services. Also provides childcare services with assistance available for those who qualify through DFS. Also provides shower passes to the homeless.

Childcare services for youth from 1.5 month to 5 years. Preschool available.
