Thank you for visiting Thrive Counseling Services, LLC website! Located in Cheyenne, WY, we offer psychotherapy and counseling services for teens, adults and elderly. A sampling of the issues we work with include: trauma, anxiety, depression, couples issues, and eating disorders.

Providing therapeutic mental health services across the lifespan. My counseling style is warm and open. I value respect, compassion, and genuine care. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Synergy Play, Polyvagal, Mindfulness and EMDR approaches.

I offer individuals, groups and referrals, and specialize in trauma, anger/rage and substance use healing. To start your journey, you can attend a 6-week online group that will take you through the healing manual and provide you with the possibility to address the things that do not seem right in your life.

Unlike traditional mental health programs, our virtual model allows us to connect you with people coming from shared backgrounds, regardless of geography. Our program offers group, indivudal, and family therapy programming designed to meet you where you are, no matter who you are.
