Domestic Violence Shelters
Offering resources to support youth and families in crisis 24/7/365. The crisis hotline is available 24/7 to offer support and solutions. Crisis services are tailored to each individual and often include a crisis shelter stay for youth. Intake plans are driven by each client and their family to identify and address crisis and long-term needs. Reasons for intake include; emergency care and shelter, respite or therapeutic breaks, and group home services.

Advocacy for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, elder abuse and stalking. We work with male and female victims and their children. - We provide 24 hours, seven days a week HelpLine - 24 hour shelter for victims - Financial emergency assistance (such as food, rent, rental deposit, utilities, gasoline, or any other needs) - Personal hygiene items, any baby items and gently used furniture These are all case by case basis for assistance.

We provide services to all individuals in their homes, assisted living facilities, nursing facilities, homeless shelter, independent living facilities and any other community agency. We provide assistance with Medicare, Medicaid, SS, Disability, Insurance, advocacy, support, mental health treatment, coordination of care, Medicaid Waiver case management, transportation, check-in visits, mental health assessments, capacity, and more.

CRISIS STABILIZATION - SERENITY PLACE

Serenity Place is a crisis stabilization facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming where individuals in need of strong support can find assistance. Our main goal at Serenity Place is to help clients get out of crisis and begin to work with case managers towards long-term stability. Serenity Place is often the entry point into our continuum of care, and we work with clients from the point of crisis towards a point where they are living with their diagnosis.
Since 1986, our non-profit organization has been committed to providing rural communities in Wyoming and Idaho with affordable access to life-changing behavioral health services. Our team of licensed professionals are devoted to the application of therapeutic methods that enhance the lives and well-being of our clientele through counseling, case management, medication management and crisis services.

Cell phone callers have the option to enter the ZIP code of their current location to more accurately locate the nearest sexual assault service provider. Chat options are also available through the website.
