Pain Care Centers pain management services include medication management for painful conditions, and Suboxone for opioid dependency, spinal injections, joint injections, rhizotomy (burning of nerve), and spinal cord stimulation implant. The Y.E.S. House provides residential treatment services for boys and girls ages 10 to 17. This program is for youth who need treatment for substance abuse and/or mental health. Youth are supervised on a 24-hour basis by trained staff to manage moderate to severe behavior problems as well as psychiatric and substance abuse/ chemical dependency disorders.

One-on-one coaching sessions, individualized quit plans, and up to 12 weeks of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) are available for eligible participants.
