Socialization We offer a wide variety of activities, Nutrition programs CCAS, INC has dining rooms in both locations. Our professionally trained, friendly staff prepare quality approved meals. Also for the qualified individual there are home delivered meals.

Uinta Senior Center, connecting older adults to vital services in one place, to help them stay healthy and independent. We serve over 214 Seniors per day in Evanston, Bridger Valley, Afton and Kemmerer. USCI offers a wide variety of programs and services.

Our meals are preplanned and approved by our Wyoming State Licensed dietician and created on site. We will also deliver this same meal to qualifying home-bound seniors in the Meeteetse area. After lunch we have a good game of bridge and each Friday morning we enjoy "coffee hour" a great time to visit with neighbors and friends. Due to staffing shortages, we ask that you bring your own mug on Fridays.

In-Home Personal and Homemaking Services ( Contract RN, does diabetic foot care in Wheatland. In- Home care includes CNA administered bathing, personal care, and respite. Provides local transportation to seniors and general public Monday -Friday 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM,. Congregate noon meals served at Powell Senior Center Monday - Friday and at Rocky Mountain Manor Monday - Saturday. Meals delivered to home bound individuals, Monday - Saturday. Medical Loan equipment. Medicare/Social Security sign up and navigation. Crafts, cards, foot clinic, exercise classes, fraud education, etc.

The Cody Senior Center is open to anyone aged 60 or older. Membership is free! All you need to do to become a member is fill out a two-page questionnaire. That questionnaire must be updated annually.

The Cokeville Senior Citizen Center's Mission is: To provide quality products and services that will ensure personal enrichment, dignity, economic security, and independent living for the senior citizens of our community. The Weston County Senior Citizen Center is here to offer a variety of services and activities for the local seniors. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Get your friends together and come to the Senior Center on Friday Mornings at 9:00 AM and have some coffee and the best cinnamon rolls in Weston County!
