These services are only covered when provided by an enrolled Wyoming Medicaid provider. Eligible Applicants must be over 18, WY resident, Below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line, have significant hearing loss, and have no other hearing aid coverage. If there is other hearing aid coverage, out-of-pocket costs must exceed $500 in order to be considered for this program
