VOA Northern Rockies – Youth Home - Milestones

Milestones is a 10-bed facility serving primarily Sheridan and Johnson Counties. Milestones has two different placement types, crisis and long term. Crisis placement beds are for youth who are out of control at home, possible substance abuse issues, struggling with school or referred by child protective services. Milestones also serves as a runaway/homeless youth shelter. Long term placements tend to be court ordered.

Wyoming Hearing Aid Program

The Wyoming Adult Hearing Aid Program covers up to one hearing aid per ear, a hearing aid fitting, and an initial set of ear molds. These services are only covered when provided by an enrolled Wyoming Medicaid provider. Eligible Applicants must be over 18, WY resident, Below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line, have significant hearing loss, and have no other hearing aid coverage. If there is other hearing aid coverage, out-of-pocket costs must exceed $500 in order to be considered for this program
