Penrose Place is a 15 unit, two-story HUD 202 PRAC subsidized complex in Sheridan, Wyoming for individuals age 62 or older and their spouses who meet income requirements. The one-bedroom, unfurnished apartments are cozy and comfortable with complete kitchens. Each apartment has its own thermostat controlled furnace and air conditioner. A laundry room is available within the facility on the first floor and is equipped with two washers and two dryers at no charge.
