WRTA provides fixed-route and demand-response public transportation in Fremont County. Fixed routes run weekdays with designated stops for work, shopping, and medical access. Curb-to-curb demand-response is available by reservation. WRTA’s SafeRide Program offers late-night transportation to reduce impaired driving. All services are ADA-compliant, with wheelchair lifts and trained drivers. Riders can use Token Transit for digital fare collection.

Riverton Public Transportation Service (RPTS) is a curb-to-curb transit service for folks in the Riverton area. RPTS provides services to the general public or anyone 18 years of age or older. The Meeteetse Recreation District takes pride in being able to provide transportation for members of our community; whether it be for groceries, household supplies, or medical treatment. We make a weekly trip to Cody on Thursdays. Please schedule your trip with the Senior Center (868-2622) or the Rec (899-2698) by Wednesday if you need a ride.
