Our services are provided with the provisions of the Older Americans Act. This means that we are here to serve ALL people who have reached their 60th year (and their spouses). We do not discriminate based on national origin, race, religion, sex, weight, height, hair color, physical or mental limitations, or income.

The Cody Senior Center is open to anyone aged 60 or older. Membership is free! All you need to do to become a member is fill out a two-page questionnaire. That questionnaire must be updated annually.

ASSIST door to door transportation services are primarily for elderly and disabled individuals by reservation at least a week in advance. All qualified registered passengers must pay exact cash or can purchase E-Pass rides at the Transit office. Fare assistance may be available; to apply contact Transit office for information. LINK bus offers fixed transportation service in Casper, Evansville, Mills and parts of Natrona County.

The Weston County Senior Citizen Center is here to offer a variety of services and activities for the local seniors. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Get your friends together and come to the Senior Center on Friday Mornings at 9:00 AM and have some coffee and the best cinnamon rolls in Weston County!

Providing accessible curb to curb transit service for senior citizens, veterans, disabled, and the general public.

Rendezvous Pointe offers Meals and Nutrition. Other services include minor home modification, temporary respite, and assistance with emergency. Beyond the In-Home services, Rendezvous Pointe offers a lending closet for anyone in temporary need whether due to an accident, surgery or other infirmity. Among other items, the Closet includes walkers, canes, crutches, shower and bath benches, pill boxes, toilet seat risers, wheel chairs, electric wheelchairs, and wheelchair ramps.

Person needs to have 2 medical conditions to qualify. (i.e. Uses walker and is on oxygen) Congregate meals served in Greybull site and Home delivered meals. Public transportation. Door to door transportation available for senior citizens 60 and over and disabled clients. We utilize ADA accessible vans with ramps, and drivers that are certified in Safe Driver Class, and Passenger Service and Safety. Rides are also available to the general public based upon availability.

Goose Creek Transit provides door-to-destination public transportation services. All people of all ages are invited to use this friendly service to get around Sheridan County seven days a week. Goose Creek also provides fixed route public transportation in the City of Sheridan.
