Thrift store/boutique, displayed like a typical retail store. Some items set aside for "clearance sale" in the summer. Household items, beds, bedding, TV's, Couches, etc. provided free of charge for those who can't afford it. Done by referral only. Prescription refills, fuel for vehicles for qualifying reasons.

Upon contact from potential clients, a determination is made regarding eligibility and then financial assistance is provided in the amount of $150 per household per year depending on the individuals situation for emergency needs such as utilities, rent, food, auto fuel, auto repair, lodging, and pharmaceuticals.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

At One22 Resource Center we know that the high cost of living makes meeting one’s basic needs difficult, or even impossible, during times of hardship. Our Financial Assistance programs can help with the costs of housing (rent and first/last/deposit assistance) and child care to build a buffer of time and support for planning and decision making.

Travel assistance benefits are funds that are intended to assist Medicaid clients with transportation costs. These funds are only meant to assist clients to get to and from medically necessary appointments and are not intended to cover the full expense of the trip. When the client meets certain requirements, they may request assistance with mileage or another method of travel. The transportation method is based on the client’s medical needs and cost effectiveness.
Limited financial assistance to help with gas money for traveling person or local residents needing to travel to medical appointments. Financial assistance for qualifying households.
A community-wide faith-based collaborative effort providing shelter, transportation aid, meals, clothing and other assistance to those stranded or passing through our community.
