NEW EYES EYEGLASSES E-VOUCHER PROGRAM

Provides e-vouchers for new prescription eyeglasses. All ages. All states. $10 Application Fee for all applicants. Note: Does not provide or pay for eye exams. Eligibility Serves all ages. Be at or below 250% of FPL. Have an eyeglass prescription dated within 24 months. Have no other resources to pay for glasses, including federal/state programs or assistance from local charity. Have not received a New Eyes voucher in the past 12 mo. Live in the United States

All veterans are eligible for eye exams and eyeglasses. Ophthalmology services are offered at the Cheyenne VAMC as well as the Fort Collins and Loveland Clinics. Optometry services are offered at the Cheyenne VAMC.

Purchases eye exams and eyeglasses for Cheyenne residents in need. They have two programs that they can utilize to assist people in Laramie County. Works in conjunction with the lions club.
