Provides grants up to $1000 to help with expenses for Carbon County residents that are actively battling cancer.

The CSBG Grant FY 2024 provides assistance for the following services in Sublette and Lincoln Counties: emergency rent; medical and vision; dental. and transportation costs. Applicants must qualify in relation to income level (individuals and families below the 200% federal poverty level) and provide all required documentation.

Services include transportation assistance in the form of gas cards up to $300 for appointments and treatment, and assistance with diagnostic and cancer screening services.

Upon contact from potential clients, a determination is made regarding eligibility and then financial assistance is provided in the amount of $150 per household per year depending on the individuals situation for emergency needs such as utilities, rent, food, auto fuel, auto repair, lodging, and pharmaceuticals.

Mental health counseling vouchers available to agricultural producers and family members. Vouchers can be used by participating providers.

We Provide Financial Assistance To Men, Women, And Children Living With HIV/AIDS In Wyoming

A program that assists with needs such as prescriptions, doctor visits, dental and eye care. Can also distribute funds to assist with any needs directly related to a medical crisis.

Providing assistance to those faced with health care challenges such as Cancer Care, Hospice Giving and Patient Lodging. Providing assistance with financial help for those with cancer or those in Hospice care. Has support groups and patient lodging as well as scholarship assistance. WFCC provides non-medical assistance to all cancer patients undergoing current treatment in Wyoming, regardless of insurance status, type of cancer or income.
