At Elevate Mind and Health, we provide personalized medication management services to support your mental health journey. We offer comprehensive evaluations, medication prescribing and adjustments, and ongoing support tailored to your unique needs. For your convenience, appointments are available both in person and via telehealth.

Women Veteran Program Managers are available at each VA Medical Center nationwide to assist women Veterans and coordinate services. Women Veterans who are interested in receiving care at VA should contact the nearest VA Medical Center. In the Sheridan VA Health Care System each of our VA clinics Has a Women's Health Liaison-

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at this VA clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular VA clinic are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally for fee basis care within the local community. For emergency care, all Sheridan VA clinics activate the local 911 system and veterans are taken to the local emergency medical facility.
