There are two types of trainings, one that focuses on assisting adults, and one that focuses on assisting youth.

Services are provided through developmental, preventative and remedial modes of intervention. All services are free to currently enrolled students on a short-term basis. Most problems are resolved within twelve sessions or fewer. Students needing extensive or long-term counseling will be referred to the community’s support agencies.
