Our Client Advocates and other team members have the knowledge and experience to assist each family through the network of State service requirements. By taking the time to meet with each individual and family upon intake, we are able to ensure that individuals and families understand the complex nature of Home and Community Based Waiver Services. By always being available to answer your many questions, we can help provide satisfaction and peace of mind for each person we serve.

Wraparound differs from many service delivery strategies, in that it provides a comprehensive, holistic, youth and family-driven way of responding when children or youth experience serious mental health or behavioral challenges.

Case management is a required service on all Waivers to assist participants in gaining access to needed Waiver and other Medicaid State Plan services, as well as medical, social, educational, community supports and other support services, regardless of the funding source.

Our services are provided through the Medicaid Developmental Disabilities waiver in participants' homes and communities. We believe in a team approach that encompasses the participant’s team including other service providers, case managers, guardians, medical professionals, employment service providers, natural support systems, and the community we all call home.

We provide Case Management for the Community Choices, Comprehensive & Supports, and ABI waivers. We assist with getting individuals approved for the programs by assisting with all related paperwork and community or agency collaborations. We also assist with completing housing applications, SNAP applications, Medicaid and Medicare benefit information and guidance, and by providing referrals to other resources within our community.

Treasure Abilities in Cheyenne, WY, was born in 2016. It started as an agency that offered Case Management Services to adults and children with Developmental Disabilities or brain injury under the Developmental Disability Waiver. In 2020, we expanded our journey to the Home and Community Based Waiver Services.
