The Children's Mental Health Waiver is a wraparound service that provides care coordination services to help support the entire family. ABLE is an agency with the Children's Mental Health Waiver. We provide Family Care Coordinator, Family Support, Respite, Youth Support, and Youth/Family Training.

24 Hour Emergency Crisis Shelter for children from infancy to 17. The Youth Crisis Center provides short-term emergency services to abused, neglected and homeless youth from the Casper, Wyoming area. Crisis intervention services include shelter, referral, counseling, and an alternative to jail. The crisis center transports children to and from school in an effort to minimize the child's trauma and maintain continuity in their education.

Wraparound differs from many service delivery strategies, in that it provides a comprehensive, holistic, youth and family-driven way of responding when children or youth experience serious mental health or behavioral challenges. Rise also supports individuals on the DD waiver through personalized case management.
