Homecare includes helping individuals with things such as cooking, shopping, essential cleaning, and essential laundry. Personal Care includes assisting with bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulating, exercising, oral hygiene, and skincare.

I-Reach 2, Inc. provides a variety of community living supports and services. Services and supports are delivered in small group settings of 4 people or less. Each service is tailored to fit the needs of the individual receiving services, whether it is 24-hour support or minimal assistance. We promote an active lifestyle and offer individuals access to the YMCA, WAC and the Warehouse.

Memorial Hospital of Carbon County participates in the State of Wyoming’s Department of Health, Aging Division, Community Living sections, Wyoming Home Services program. The program provides services to Wyoming Senior Citizens and disabled adults ages eighteen (18) years of age or older who experience difficulty performing daily tasks on their own. Priorities shall be given to persons who are at risk for premature institutionalization and be in need of the program.

Offers financing for both purchase and rehabilitation of the home in one loan. This single-close loan accomplishes this with fewer closing costs than what might be incurred under bridge, construction, or 1st/2nd mortgage home improvement loans.

Home Health Agency-Medical and Caregiving/Senior Care services that help people to stay in their home-like settings. This includes caregiving and nursing services, as well as housecleaning, meal preparation, and dementia care assistance. We also provide services in the assisted living centers and nursing homes for 1-on-1 care, safety, and fall prevention monitoring. All services are overseen by nurses.

We provide Home Care services in Sheridan, Johnson, & Campbell Counties. We help people in our communities with daily living tasks (like cooking, housekeeping, showering, medication reminders, dressing, running errands, appointments, etc.) so everyone can live a longer, fuller life in their own home. We can also assist with home care following surgeries, provide respite care for family caregivers who need a break, or just provide an occasional drop-in service to ensure everything is going well.

With the support of generous volunteers and donors, The Soldier's House advocates for Veterans remaining in their homes by providing Home Repair and Retrofit projects.

Mel’s Helping Hands focus on ensuring that your loved one not only stays in their home but remains active. We assist in providing daily errands, in-home meal prep, dressing, housekeeping, and more. We become more than an aide and become a dear friend. The socialization that we provide has helped many seniors overcome depression.

The Wyoming Home Services (WyHS) program is used to provide services to those qualified individuals who are at risk of premature institutionalization. Personal care services are a 1:1 service provided to assist participants in completing task they would do normally if they did not have a disability. This may include activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, etc. Assistance provided may be in the form of hands-on, cuing or prompting. Personal care services are provided in the participant’s home or on their property.
