Welcome to Buffalo Senior Center! We offer a range of services that empower older adults. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our aging population. We also have public transit through the BATS bus.

Community Living Services can be provided as a 1:1 or group of up to 3 people. Community Living Services are individually personalized to assist the participant acquire, maintain and improve skills needed to successfully live independently in the community. Services are provided in a participant’s or family’s home and in the community.

I-Reach 2, Inc. provides a variety of community living supports and services. Services and supports are delivered in small group settings of 4 people or less. Each service is tailored to fit the needs of the individual receiving services, whether it is 24-hour support or minimal assistance. We promote an active lifestyle and offer individuals access to the YMCA, WAC and the Warehouse.

Offering programs to include: Independent Living, Transportation Check Program, Community Choice Waiver Program, Advocacy & Peer Support, and ADA Training and Technical Assistance Program.

Home Instead offers in-home, non-medical care services for seniors in the Wyoming Counties of Albany, Converse, Laramie, and Natrona. We offer care services such as personal care, transfer assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments. We work with persons of all age groups and all types of disabilities to live independently and overcome barriers. This includes but is not limited to: Modifications to your home, Rights and Benefits Counseling, Transportation, Case Management for In-home Care, Access to Recreation and ADA Consultation.

GoGoGrandparent aids older adults and disabled people, enabling independence. Services include transportation, meal and grocery delivery, medication support, and home maintenance. Clear Creek Wood Bank was formed in order to provide a supplement heat source to those who heat their homes with wood and are unable to afford or physically perform the act of making firewood. We coordinate with foresters, a local timber business, and private forest landowners to collect, cut, and give firewood that has been sustainably harvested from the Bighorn Mountains. We provide a limited amount of firewood once a week, until we run out for the winter.

Overture works with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to maintain their dignity and help them live as independently as they are able. The goal of Skilled Home Health is to provide treatment for your illness or injury, to teach you how to manage chronic long-term disease conditions and to help you maintain the highest level of wellness while living at home. Our professional staff will work with your physician to develop your plan of care.

In-Home Personal and Homemaking Services ( Contract RN, does diabetic foot care in Wheatland. In- Home care includes CNA administered bathing, personal care, and respite. Homemaking services include light cleaning and errands). We offer Emergency Response Units. Services for Seniors offers a state-trained expert in Medicare assistance

Douglas Senior Center serves a wonderful weekday lunch for all seniors and disabled adults. Socialization We offer a wide variety of activities, Nutrition programs CCAS, INC has dining rooms in both locations. Our professionally trained, friendly staff prepare quality approved meals. Also for the qualified individual there are home delivered meals.

Offering assistance with Bathing, Dressing, Showering, Toileting, Incontinence Care, Memory Care, Medication Reminders, Grooming, Meal Prep, Feeding, and Fluid Reminders,

This includes services that help individuals develop independent living and community skills and engage in new interests.

Provides affordable rental housing to low income households of Campbell County. Housing unit (6) apartment building for families referred by Department of Family Services caseworker, 8 Unit apartment for individuals with mental health needs, and a group home for individuals with mental disabilities. Individuals must be homeless.

Funded by state and federal grants along with assistance from Crook County Commissioners, Towns of Sundance, Hulett, and Moorcroft. We offer a Nutrition Program, Senior Companion Assistance, Medical Alert, Respite Care, Personal Care, Homemaking Services, AARP Driver Safety Classes, Social Activities, Blood Pressure & Toenail Clinics, Transportation and more!

Community EMS is a patient-centered model using mobile resources to deliver care outside traditional settings, aiming to improve outcomes and reduce ER visits. The program will refer patients to Laramie County resources, conduct home visits, and assess safety. Initial efforts focus on voluntary home safety inspections to prevent falls, reconcile medications, and install or replace smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
