This section oversees programs and grants for communities to provide outpatient and regional mental health and substance use treatment services and supports, including court-supervised treatment programs, that are accessible, affordable and provided in the least restrictive and most appropriate environment.

Provides counseling, Coaching, Mediation and Facilitation services

Adults and Youth: Drug and Alcohol Education for those who are cited or arrested for a DUI, alcohol related, or substance related offenses. Casper/Natrona records are available at 201 N. David St. Substance Evaluations using Addiction Severity Index.

We offer Mental Health services, Substance Abuse/Addiction Recovery programs, and assistance with Pain Management using a variety of tested and proven therapies.

We are state certified to complete drug and alcohol evaluations to clarify the problem and provide recommendations. This includes conducting SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) evaluations for those whose job requires compliance with Federal DOT rules such as truck drivers. We offer Level 1 individual drug and alcohol treatment scheduled at your convenience.
