Telehealth intensive outpatient treatment is offered for youth ages 14 to 17. Outpatient telehealth individual therapy for youth, and their families.

Center of Hope provides 14 days of social detoxification and up to three months transitional living. Transitional living includes substance abuse assessments, daily exercise, morning meditations, evening checkout group, group therapy, living skills and grief and loss, AA/NA meetings, connection to resources for employment and housing as well as access to spiritual support services.

While at Harmony House, clients are involved in various therapeutic, recreational and community, recovery-oriented activities.
